The purchase of any products offered on the natuvaskin.com website is subject to Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”). Natuva will not be held responsible for refunding items lost, damaged or stolen during transit.
Australia Delivery
Shipping is FREE for all orders from AU$50.
Otherwise a flat rate of AU$10 applies to standard shipping (3 to 5 business days). Express shipping is available for AU$15 (1-3 business days). Delivery to regional areas may take up to 7 business days. Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.
All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable. We recommend customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9am to 5pm.
International Delivery
International shipping is FREE for all orders over $150 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of AU$20 applies. All international orders are sent via Registered International Post, are fully trackable, will need to be signed for, and generally delivered within 15 business days. Occasional customs or courier delay may affect the delivery timeframe.
We are unable to process returns for purchase made from any of our stockist, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange according to the retailer's return policy. Product ordered directly on natuvaskin.com website may be returned if new and unused and within 14 days from the date of receipt. Natuva will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and no refund can be made for products that have been used. Please note that only products purchased from natuvaskin.com will be accepted for return.
