Shipping policy

Orders placed on natuvaskin.com website are generally dispatched the next working day (depending on stock availability or order confirmation). If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact  natuva@natuva.com.au

The purchase of any products offered on the natuvaskin.com website is subject to Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”). Maxiblock will not be held responsible for refunding items lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

Australia Delivery

Express shipping is FREE for all orders over $50.

Otherwise a flat rate of $7.95 applies to standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) and $9.95 for express shipping (1-3 business days). Delivery to regional areas may take up to 7 business days. Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable. We recommend customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9am to 5pm.

International Delivery

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 AUD applies. All international orders are sent via Registered International Post, are fully trackable, will need to be signed for, and generally delivered within 15 business days. Occasional customs or courier delay may affect the delivery timeframe.
